Law firms are not known for being client focused - putting the client at the centre of everything they do and 'making it easy' for a client to buy from them. Whilst some are getting quite good, the majority are still working under the misdunderstanding that doing things the way they always have done will work in the future. It won't.
If law firms don't adapt and change how they provide services to clients, those clients will go elsewhere - to someone making it easier for them to get the solutions they need, when they need them, in a way they need them and for a price they understand from the outset.
