Clearspire was a US based legal innovator that 'failed', insofar as it closed its doors after 4 years. But it's interesting to note the frank and honest appraisal by its founder, US Lawyer Mark Cohen.
Lessons are being learned and I suspect that much of what this innovative venture set out to achieve and do will become very accepted practice in the (not too distant) future.
“Innovation is much more difficult and fraught with fiscal peril than most imagine… “[It’s] a bit like life: sometimes you do your best but don’t succeed—in the short term, anyway. “That’s not losing; it’s preparation for moving forward and evolving from the experience. That’s what I have tried to do and it seems to be working.”
